Alex, Chef Alessandro Stratta's domain is located inside Wynn Las Vegas. It is an elegant representation of French food that is found mainly on the French Riviera. Some of the best Las Vegas buffets are The Buffet in the Bellagio, which is considered very good indeed. Not inexpensive but less that eating out at some of the other chef's restaurants. On Friday and Saturday nights they offer Beef Wellington, rack of lamb and Kobe Beef, not your everyday type of buffet! Prices on Friday and Saturday are $35.95. A Champagne Brunch will set you back $28.95 and for a special buffet this is the place.
The Carnival Buffet at RIO offers a dine-a-rama with everything from Chinese dim sum, Japanese sushi, Mexican enchiladas and Italian pizza. to get wonderful food. Even the Cosmopolitan has affordable fare, try their
"pizza parlor" on the 3rd floor next to the elevator (look for it). For great
affordable Mexican carnitas, try El Taco Feliz, open 24 hours, so anytime you're
hungry you can drop int. Great selection of beers as well!
Oh! remember we mentioned the best hamburgers - well we believe InNOut Burgers to dominate the scene. If you're not fortunate enough to have one of these in your home town, don't miss trying them in Las Vegas! There are several convenient locations.
Our choice for best steak restaurant is N9ne, located in The Palms Hotel, Chicago style steaks and chops. Another great steak house to try is Charlie Palmer Steak in the Four Seasons Hotel.

The NASCAR Cafe Las Vegas in the Sahara Hotel is a great place if you love the racing scene. You can browse helmets and jumpsuits of the top racers and even see some of the racing cars. It has great food as well.
